Does the parcel show a price or advertising?
No, it's a plain parcel. You can send it straight to your grandparents in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Austria or Ireland. Other countries, including the UK, aren't covered yet.

What if the frame arrives damaged?
Report it from "My orders" with photos within 14 days: it is reprinted for free or refunded. Personalised items have no 14-day right of withdrawal.
